In the past I read on this forum about a cover that fits over the caravan wheel when you have the awning up. I have a skirt that goes across the caravan but droops down over the wheel and dont want to start drilling caravan. I cant remember the name of it and would really appreciate any information about this.
I know what you mean. I have one for when my awning is up. You just need a figure of 8 piece and an extra bit of awning skirt. Just put the small piece upside down and make 2 holes in the corners for suckers. That way you don't have to drill holes in the van for press studs if its not already got them on.
its the same material as you skirt and possibly the same depth.do not drill your van.i use heavy duty suckers on mine.9 out of 10 times its ok,a very warm day suckers dry out and skirt falls off.just wet the suckers again.
4 suckers.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
I bought a draft stoppa and used it for frost time at weekend. Did the job, you attach it to wheel alloy with the Velcro supplied which also holds a clip that clips to the draft skirt holding it up. Cost me about 25 quid I think and very pleased with it.
Thanks for all your replies. Just do it that is the name of the item I was looking for. Just looked on your link and have ordered one. Thanks once again.
