Hi,
Thank you for everyone's comments, we do have a mail order returns section in stores, detailing the fault and we sell these at vastly discounted prices. Just a quick comment regarding the bare shelves, the bulk of our stock arrives into the distribution centre from next week, then all the way through the season. A full delivery is made to each store weekly and the shelves will be full to bursting very soon. As with major purchases I would advise any customer to check stock prior to making a journey to avoid disappointment, we can reserve any item to ensure it is their when you arrive. Any item not in stock the store will attempt to transfer from another depot or even mail order it to your address at the discretion of each store wherever possible.
We look forward to assisting you all throughout 2012, and for many years to come.
