Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We bought our caravan (2013) from a dealership Feb 2020 with a damp report saying 0-15 in all areas of the van. 6 months later through the summer we have two different areas measuring up to 80 percent in a large area. We had 12 mo th warranty which was an insurance policy covering up to £1000 which obviously doesn’t touch the sides. What should/can we do ??
Did you pay any part of the price with a credit card or through finance, if so talk to them. If not talk to consumer rights, citizens advice etc or if you're a member of the caravan club ask their legal teem, joining "Which" also offers assistance in cases like this.
Rather than thinking of your warranty think more along the lines of the legal side of things, sale of goods act, CRA 2015,
You must talk to the dealer too, whoever you talk with do it straight away.
Wow. When you think 100% would have to be underwater, 80 is pretty high. Is the meter working right? Especially as we have had a warm summer, with little rain.

Did you bring this issue to the attention of the supplier within 6 months. If not, then it is up to you to prove that the issue was there from day one and that could be difficult.
Who did the damp check for the 80% damp as basically the caravan should have fallen to bits already with that much damp?
