I realy fancy an anuxs for our NR Balmoral awaning  just had a look on the site and becoues the anuxs goes into the awaning rail at one side i presumed there would be front and back anuxs`s  but it just seams theres only ones for the front and i realy only want one for the back. it is so the dogs ahve there own bedroom at the back of the pitch and allso it does block my view from inside when im having a noise lol. anyone know if they do one for eather side as it doesnt say on the and  a univerals anuxs is no good as it need a full ziped panlle to go in not one that goes on the awning rail

We have the NR executive and we can fit our NR annexe to both front and back butk the balmoral will only fit the annexe to the left hand side. The right panel is fixed and doesn't zip out

Hi Wendy

If the panel that can be zipped out is a u-shape and doesn't fit into the awning rail on one edge then yes the annexe can be fitted to either end - we have a NR Pullman and can fit the annexe to whichever end is better for us.

If the panel goes into the awning rail then you can only get the annexe with piping on the side to fit the front.

Hope this helps!

Andi

Sorry I obtained the info from the nr Website.

It may be that thaey have changed it. Give NR a call direct. They are very helpful. I tang them over our Annexe as I needed it urgently.. They didn't have one. They made one up that morning and I got it the next day. Excellent service!!

just phoned them the annexs fits to the left side only cos they only make them with the awaning rail to fit the left so it no good. i realy dont want one on the left.  I might see how much it would be to have one made to fit on the right. I  am sure i heard some of the companys that do awning alltartions can make them up

We have a NR awning and bought an annexe bedroom to give my boys the option of sleeping outside the van. this can be fitted to the left or the right by zipping out the panel zip in the bedroom then zip in the panel to close it off. We found that it worked well if zipped in to the left (or front of van) as it tapers down and doesn't obstruct your view. We then decided to have a longer break in france and decided that with 3 teenage children we would need more space for clothing. So we bought a tall annexe and a couple of wardrobes. However this does not fit the same as the bedroom once you zipped out the side panel and fitted the tall annexe the panel could not be re-attached because it has 2 annexe roof support bars which clamp on to the awning pole. So there was no way of closing off the annexe. What we did was bought a set of matching curtains and threaded them on to white guy rope tieing them to the loops on the annexe - this worked well but needs a rethink. This annexe should only be used on the right or back of the van as it obstructs the view.

I too am struggling with trying to find an annexe for my nr awning. My awning is a nr combi awning with no identification on it as to what model it has beet cut down from. Nr haven't been much help in identifying it. I am thinking of having one made up by LSR.GB.COM over the winter.
