Hi,

We are VERY new to cravanning & collected our very first caravan last week and spent the week-end away with our two young boys at Windy Harbour Holiday Park just outside Blackpool.  This was a real learning experience as we are complete novices.  One thing we did learn very quickly is that erecting a full awning is a very lengthy process for staying just 2 nights and we have decided to purchase a porch awning for 2 night stays.

I have been looking at a number of awnings, in particular the Outdoor Revolution Porchlite and the Sunncamp Scenic and the Pyramid Mini Weekender.  I'm leaning toward the Pyramid at the moment (our full awning is a Pyramid Corsican) and the weekender is available for only £58.95 with free p&p, which I think is a bargain..!  Does anyone have any feedback on this awning they could give me..?

Many thanks..

Hi Michael,

I think you are probably right because many shops have stopped stocking Pyramid Awnings & they are for sale VERY cheap.  To be honest, this doesn't bother me too much on the whole, as poles and stuff are pretty universal and can easily be replaced.  I've just found another couple of porch awnings on ebay which might be even better, to be honest.  Many thanks for your reply & advice.
