Hi we have just brought our 1st Caravan Bailley Pageant 2008 and we have found mould under the sink on the wood panel and also under the cooker next to the gas switches on the wood which is next to the vent it all seems dry is it something to worry about has any one else had a similar problem.
Many thanks Jane.

Without really seeing it i dont think so if you say it seems dry.Clean off the mould with something like dettol spray and if the wood still looks dry then it will be alright.------------- Animals have feelings..

We have a lunar and have exactly the same problem and in the same place, we know the van is dry and has no damp, but still get the mold problem. We have just cleaned it with mould and mildew remover.

I would be concerned as to what is causing the mould. For it to form it normally needs a damp environment and I would want to find what is causing this even if it is something simple like storing damp cloths under the sink of a leaking connector on the waste pipe. ------------- 'A sure cure for sea-sickness is to sit under a tree'
