Can anyone please tell me the height of the towball to suit a sterling eccles 2003 model at present it is set at 420mm(16.5'') but I have a feeling it should be 470mm (18.5''), my caravan is in storage and yes you have guessed my owners maual is in the van so I cant even refer to that

I seem to remember that towball height has to be between 350 - 420mm, unladen, regardless of what is being towed.
