well after a month of waiting the day of our first trip is just 1 more sleep away. We werent supposed to be going away until Monday but after deciding the roads and traffic would be a nightmare from Durham to Lincoln on a Monday we changed our plans. We are now travelling to Whitehouse Farm caravan site tomorrow, staying over night then heading on to Lincoln. Im so excited that I dont think I will be able to sleep . Kids are being a total nightmare and not listening to anything I have to say, OH at work so im left to sort all the gear on my own. After all the stress and sorting I just hope this awful rain stays away or I wont feel safe going anywhere
Have a fab time,If anything like me you won't want to come home,We have had our van about 3 weeks been out in it twice now,got to wait 2 more weeks and it is dragging.Hope the weather picks up too.
hope you have a great time, we're new to caravans and going away to cornwall early hours monday, its only our second time out with it and i'm so excited. Its so much easier than it was with a tent, hubby got sick of packing all the things we had to take and i managed to pursuade him to get a van. Just hoping we get some nice weather.
Everything sorted (hopefully), OH says we having dinner tomorrow now then going but i just want to be away. Im sure hes only doing it to annoy me , well if he is its worked lol. Kids all in bed so im just goin over my lists and hoping I havent forgot anything, if we have then its tough. Dont know if the weight in caravn is going to be over or not but we have 137kg to play with so i hope not otherwise the food I have bought will be left out . Not had a look at the weather forecast but to be honest it can rain all it wants when I am there and sorted as long as it holds off while we are driving down

Oh yeah is he cooking dinner? with excited wife and kids he would be better off just hitching up and going even if you end up early ,it won't matter the excitment will outway the stress.go and enjoy.
