We arrived on a site last week to find our Refrigerator door lying on the floor. The top hinge had completely disappeared. I guess it's lurking somewhere in the van but I could not find it. I did not fancy the time it would take to replace this if I went through my dealer as the van is only a year old so I thought I would ring Thetford myself. I rang Monday afternoon and a new hinge arrived in the post Tuesday morning. Nice one Thetford

it goes a long way in restoring a bit of faith in what is becoming a rather tarnished industry.

I reiterate that praise.

I had call to contact Thetford recently and they were great, its so nice to be treated like a valued customer, how refreshing, and thank you Thetford. If only some other companies would take note.
