We are selling our caravan , now I know alot of folks like to get things ie wastehog aquaroll ect ect with it.
But I'm reluctant to let all the stuff go with it, incase the next van we buy dosnt come with anything, and I don't want the expense of getting all the kit again. will this affect wether it will sell or not, and should this reflect the sale price if you just sell the van without anything.
It also has a motor mover but I definatley don't want to sell that with it as we have only had it a few months , and probably transfer it to the next van.
Any advise or tips welcome :)

The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.
Thanks for the advice :) think it will just go with the battery, if they want the mover then it will be extra as it's only 3 months old.
Cheers, just got to sell it now!!

We let ours go with the battery, step, Kampa 390 awning, hitch lock & wheel lock.
We were like you - didn't want to let everything go then have to buy it all again. The van we bought came with everything as they were giving up caravanning so we ended up with 2 of a lot of things. We've passed the water carriers, levellers, noseweight guage & TV aerial on to the people who bought ours & we're selling the 2 awnings that came with it to put towards a new Bradcot (sold ours seperate from van as it was brand new).
I sold mine with just the battery (although I wouldn't class that as an extra in any event) and the mover (wouldn't know where to start taking it off!). I kept the aquaroll, wastemaster and step (it's a double folding one and quite expensive), simply because I'm not discounting ever buying another caravan and may need them again. if you buy second hand from a dealer, you'd be lucky to get those things. I also kept the posh winder for the steadies and let the cheapo one go with the van.

If you have a full awning, Murano, it might be worth considering selling that as part of the package. Personally, when we have sold vans, the new van always ends up being a slightly different size and we are left with an awning. We've always bought a new awning to fit the van and as the new van has been our prime consideration, the old awning gets pushed to the back of the store room.
Ah yes David we have a full atlantic aventura awning with this, it's never been used I dont think, we will never use it, far to big and heavy, so that can go with it, after all it came with the van.And we tend to use our porch awning which fits all.
So battery will stay, Dad can take the mover off ( he fitted it ) unless they want to pay extra for it.
I will keep all my aquaroll ect ect, and step, then if we find a van with stuff then perhaps sell what we don't need.
Unlikely we will buy from a dealers, we have only ever bought private .we've just never got much with the vans we bought, and I don't want to have to start all over again this time , as over time we've bought some nice quality items.
Right finish the advert and up it will go, fingers crossed it sells soon, and the David I will get you on the searching case lol

Just sell it with the basics, water bottles a step and a battery and price it so,if they ask about an awning say you were keeping it for your next van but,if they want it sell it to them.As far as the mover is concernd i would keep it for your next van take it off before veiwing.
Thanks Jeff for the advice, what I won't be giving away with it is my popcorn bowl, it always comes in handy here

Ooo! I do like looking at vans. Problem is that I will soon be looking 'in the field' - i.e. away on holiday. May be away for 5 weeks, so I may be going off here for a while - don't know how practical it's going to be for me to get on-line during hols. We'll see. I'll try and keep a lookout though.
I'll help you look! It gets to be a bit of an obsession & it'll be less stressful helping someone else spend their money than it was for us spending ours
Ok here's a list of vans we like
Bailey senator Arizona
Bailey champagne
Swift charisma ( can't remember the number)
Swift challenger 530
Swift challenger 520
Or any around the 2005 2007 Age, no heavier than 1479kg has to have side dinette end bathroom, either parallel lounge or for the right van L shape too
Up to £8,000 little bit more at a push
So off you go lol :)

No way would I sell anything that I would need for my next van. When we were buying our first van last year the awning was a big pull and also the mover but to be honest we would've bought without (glad we didn't though). So apart from the mover we got the step, awning, battery & gas bottle and were happy with that and enjoyed that first caravan shop in Discover! When we sell we'll definitely be removing the mover beforehand, probably sell with the battery, step and awning - if they ask for anything else with it (small value) I'd probably throw it in to ensure a sale.
when we sold our caravan we sold everything with it new bradcot awning, porch awning, hitch lock, wastemaster, new gas bottles power leads, aquaroll etc etc,
never thinking we would need them again, of course after a couple of years we did and had to buy everything again, so in future when we sell we will be keeping all the extras
