Hi all, hope you are all well!
We've just tried the awning on our newly bought caravan for the first time. I just wanted an idea how it went so that I didn't give too much entertainment to the other campers when we get on-site... As it was raining, I just decided to assemble the poles. However, although the front section went together like a dream, I ended up with 2 long poles with holes at either end and 2 extendible poles with a screw clamp at one end and a hook at the other. In my infinite wisdom I assumed that the 2 with the holes in went lengthways across the middle of the front section and the 2 with the clamps on went from this section to the caravan? I have got a diagram but it won't let me add it to this, so I've uploaded it to my profile.
Any help will be very gratefully received,
Cheers!
The two with the screw clamp I would guess go either side of the centre pole (mid distance between the centre pole and left/right poles) hooking into pads on the caravan and clamping on to the front frame. The other two I would imagine go right at the front of the frame between the left/right poles and the centre pole?
