We are in the process of working out our finances and hopefully have found the caravan of our dreams but the cost of insurance is proving hard to find. I have tried a few companies for quotes but to no avail.
Could any one give me any idea how much insurance would be for a caravan 2004 value around £7500, stored at a caravan site. Not sure about wheelclamps but will buy the best if it saves money. Only need an estimate.
Insured ours today with Lifesure Group . Cost £112 for year on £7000 value ( inc accessories ) . Ours is stored in storage facility but not one of the all singing all dancing ones with cctv and security etc . Got our quote online and then called them to just go through a couple of points . Person i spoke to was very helpfull .
we're probably going to go with the C&CC insurance. New for old, stored on the drive with insurance approved hitchlock and wheelclamp on a 7.5k van plus awning/belongings etc came in at £210, better than other companies we've looked at and this covers more.

can depend on how long you go away for at a stretch Caravan club does up to 90 days which suits us., Others only do 60 which is no good. £180 for £9k Pays yer money.....
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
