Hi all
How do I undo the water filter if it's rock solid? I'm afraid of breaking it, I would think a notch in a piece of wood was worth a try but thought I'd ask of your knowledge before breaking it.
The cover is already gone somewhere but I should be able to replace that I would think.
Thanks------------- UKTech

If you tighten any bolt or screw it is easier to loosen.

The professional way is this if it's cold a hair drier or carful use of a heat gun will help.
If it still won't budge then try this
Lubricate the new filters rubber seal and threads ideally with Silicone grease, Olive Oil also works, other cooking oils are better than nothing but Vaseline should never be used.
