Hi everyone

Hope you can help, just put deposit on caravan after being keen campers and having been told storage is about £1 a day I am finding it hard to find "reasonable" storage locations. The Gold Cassoa site local to us is £80 a month (+£10 dent checking !!!!) despite their web advert saying from £35P/m!!! Rant over

So any info about secure storage in the bucks (farms, campsites and 'storage' areas), south oxon or east berks area would be excellent. Thank you.

BTW - the drive is not an option for us - 1 in 3 slope

sorry I can't specifically help but what I would say is this. When we have been to local campsites to have a look round (as we have also just put down a deposit and want our first trip to be local) many offer storage athough I have not seen it advertised.

So it may pay to contact your local campsites and ask for recommendations.

Also ask around as a friend knew a farm that stored a caravan for a nominal £50 a year! -why do we never get offered these bargains -and another for 50p a day.

If you ring your local caravan dealer they normally have storage phone numbers, that's how we got ours, we paid £300 for annual storage,  not  a Cassia registered site, if you go for that sort you will have to pay that price, but your insurance should be less, so find out how much you will save on your insurance.

Hi

You could try Primrose Farm at Widmer End. I know they used to store vans up there.
