When filling my tank on Bailey Senator Indiana, the pump keeps running and water comes out from an overflow. Cant see anything in the book about this. Was ok in the autumn and was all drained down for the winter.
I thought that was normal for the Indiana 5 series, it dosnt have a cut off when full, coming out of the over flow is when its full, I just switch the valves over when I here the water running from the overflow.
Ok Richie ..... Thanks for that. I only bought the van in November and we had one weekend in it then and it just filed and stopped, I thought. Seems very strange not to have a cut off.
To be honest though I probably wont bother with it, just been away for two weeks anf just used the Aquaroll, which was fine. Not keen on keep getting under the cushions to change the valves over! Seems very complicated
I should have said my OH changes the valves over, I only fill the water she sorts all the inside out. The tank is really handy in the winter, we got down to -12 and still had water.
Having also done a google search I can see you are right in that there is no shut off on the series 5. That seems incredible to me that anyone would design such a system.
So thanks for your help, I will stick to the Aquaroll
