Hi.

Any pegasus owners have trouble with the front  locker door mechanism that is meant to hold it open for access?

Mine does not work very well . Have to keep lifting it up/down etc until it catches.

would say its faulty for sure and needs replacing.

ours is the same , dealers checked it over twice cant find anything wrong implied it was pilot error . somedays its fine , some days it tales 3 or 4 attempts to lock in place.

Just looked on the bailey web site. The 2011 model has gas struts.

Ok. Have tried it slowly and it is much better . Thankyou all.

Still might enquire about  gas struts at its first service though!
