This question goes out to people mainly who keep their caravans in storage without any washing facilities.
Due to the fact that it is impossible to keep the caravan near my house I find it extremely difficult to externally clean the caravan each year so how do you manage to keep yours clean under the circumstances? Does anyone know of any premises within the Tamworth and surrounding area that has facilities to clean the caravan maybe twice a year?
Don Amotts do a good external caravan valet whilst you wait in their cafe, it was between £15 and £20 depending on size of the van, might be worth giving them a call?

Mine is washed in the storage yard by the owners at the start of the season,after that it is kept clean and polished with showroom shine a waterless wash and wax.
I'm actually looking for a local mobile touring caravan cleaner but there doesn't appear to be any around this area. I have done a search on Google with no results so far and I just wondered if someone must might know of a company or premises that doesn't advertise but has the facilities needed.
I have the same issue, use "drywash" in storage to keep it looking ok. What do you do regarding service? I used to use a mobile but he also had a base, had it cleaned and waxed by them.
It might be worth asking a local window cleaner. The one around here does caravans if asked nicely and you supply him with whatever shampoo/polish you want him to use. He even does the roof, standing on his steps and using long handled brush. He uses some sort of purified water that does not leave water marks when it dries.

I have the same problem - so far (only had the van one and a half seasons), I've washed it myself while on site, using a bucket of water with Fenwicks in it and a sponge
I've never done the roof (gawd knows what state that is in ) but we're booked on a couple of full service pitches this year, so I'm going to buy a long-handled brush and give it a decent going over. I'm going to try do the roof by standing on the caravan steps with my head through the main rooflight - not sure if that's going to work but will give it a go...

I have a couple of 5 gallon plastic drums that I use, one is filled with warm water, the other cold. I take them to storage and use the warm for shampooing and the cold for rinsing, I use a watering can with the rose fitted to rinse, and I can easily wash everything but the roof, this I do seperately. It's a bit of a chaf on but it gets the job done.
We took ours to our local cc site and had a fully serviced pitch at the start of the month and blitzed it and got a few other jobs done that we can't do when it's in storage, It worked well for us we had a good weekend. we plan to do the same again later in the season
