Hi every time we plug our whale in then switch the pump on the water just blows back ? , we have followed the manual instructions we open the hot water tap drop the pump into the Aqua Roll then plug the whale into the socket then switch external on but it just blows back , we used the Aqua scourse at the weekend on a super pitch and this worked fine its only when we try to use the Aqua roll with the whale pump that this happens .xx Gill

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "blows back"? Can you describe the symptoms a bit more?

At present, I can only think that the Whale pump is wired incorrectly. Being 12Vdc it would run backwards if the wiring had somehow got crossed.

By blowing back i mean the water gushes back out and not into the water tank

this happened to me one time, water was just gushing back round the white plug.i knew the washers were ok so i took the white plug apart( only two screws ) i found the blue pipe had pulled off inside.i pushed it back on and its been ok from then.i must have pulled the pump too hard when removing it.
