Our new to us caravan has a toilet bowl that needs a good clean. Can any one suggest a good chemical that will not damage the Thetford bowl and requires minimum work to get back to as new condition. It is not maked just a build up make it a bit smelly.

Try Thetford Toilet Bowl cleaner.  See here.  Not tried it but it looks like it will do the job.
