Please can someone advise us on how to get running water? We have filled the Aquaroll & placed in the pump inside but not sure what to do step by step next..... I turned the tap on but nothing!
Its a Carver Cascade 2 if that helps!!

make sure the drain plug is screwed in on the carver outside .after inserting the pump switch on the pump at the panel.normally has a green light to say the pump is running.open a tap or taps and wait until all the air is gone from the pipes,takes a while as you think it is not going to work.

Inserting the pump? By that you mean the water pump that sits in aquaroll & outside of van i presume......& where is the panel?

yes place the pump into the water first then plug it into the caravan.there should be a panel inside the van and near where you would have a tv or socket.should also say pump.

Ok i know this is a silly question but do you have to have gas connected to get the water running?
You will need gas or EHU to get HOT water, but not for cold.
We have now been told to turn on the pump button & the light came on but now the light has turned off!! The pump doesnt make any noise either? I give up.........

if the system is full and pressurised the green light will go out.it will come back on when you open a tap and the pump is running.try to operate the pump for a few seconds out of the water.if no joy them the pump is faulty or a fuse has blown. you can have an air lock as well,where the green light is on and the pump is running but no water at the taps.if this happens take out the pump and start again.

If it is a Crystal 2 water inlet there is a good chance that the electrical connections have corroded. A quick clean up with a fine emery paper and slightly open the pins normally does the job.

Well we have been out & replaced the pump but still nothing. We placed the pump in the aquaroll then connected to the van.....then turned on the pump button on the control panel (green light came on) ran the tap but nothing! Then all of a sudden the green light went off? I have read on here that if the caravan water tank comes on it should make plenty of noise but no noise at all??
