 Ive organised a meet for new year add a few problems on the way but all ok now!!

 Emailed Cythia today asked her about extending booking deadline & she has agreed to extend so now you have until 29th december to decide & we should know more about the weather by then

 sorry for delay in replying but have emailed site & asked if we can use the space in the new building behind where the new toilets will be that they are using for storage.

 just had reply back from cynthia & we are ok to use the space to meet up for a drink & a chat its under cover warehouse type building but no heating..
