Hi IreneK, And Welcome to the forum, dont know where to get manual, but you should ask Gary on the wizard web site ,or arc systems, they know where to get and fix all sorts for caravans, both of them are one this forum, and with there extensive knowledge they should be able to help you track down a manual for your van, hope this helps.
