Hi
I'm planning on going to the caravan show at NEC this coming friday. I thought I'd book them online.
Anyway, when you book them online and when you read the 'terms and conditions' it says something about having to pay £6.50 for a 'big book of touring'. See the link below and click on the 'terms and conditions'

Am I being dim, or am I right in seeing that you have to pay for the book. I know i could just not go and collect it, but if I've ordered tickets online, then they have my details.
I've tried ringing the helpline number, but I was waiting ages.
Can somebody help?
