Hi All, I know you may not be surprised to hear it but I have had my caravan stolen in the early hours of this morning from Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.  We had it well hidden but they must have known it was there as there was no way of finding it otherwise.  It had all three locks heat-cut off.  They came in across the field to avoid the houses.  Anyway if you can keep your eyes and ears open please.  Thank you.  needless to say I am very upset, I really don't want to tell the children.

Hobby 720 UKFE new in April 2010 - 30ft long including draw bar and 8 ft wide.  Two bedrooms, one fixed double, two fixed bunks.  Sleeps 8.  Photos on my profile.  If you see any likely contenders, please email me on thefarmerswife(at)sky.com

Thank you

So sorry to hear about this.  We had ours stolen in May 2009.  CC insurance were really good in helping us sort it all out, but it's an awful experience.  We know exactly how you feel.  Our condolences.

Sorry to hear your bad news, would be awful. This is another reason we completly empty ours over the winter to a) deter anyone from doing this and b) if they did, all we loose is an empty van.

It would be gutting to loose though.

thank you for adding my picture, I can never quite work out how to add them on here.  I can only get three on the gallery too.  Ours was full except clothes as we're between trips.  Have just had to cancel our trip to Trentfield Farm.  Police are hopeful on forensics but I'm not.  It was clearly stolen to order, they were so prepared and the lengths they went to to get it baffles me.  As we're fairly isolated out here, it now makes me very nervous about who's been nosing around my home.  I feel sick.

We felt exactly like that a few years ago when we had out house broken in to, in time, you will trust again!

I used to own a boat and when towing it home, purpously used to use different routes and always watched who was following me, if any suspicion at all, I never went home as someone else has said here, unfortunatly, someone problably saw you and followed you.

Complete scumbags!!!

What a beautiful van, very eyecatching, I'll keep my eye out on my travels, were there any distinguishing marks on it?
