Aww. Not sure from your tone whether you're ready to be congratulated - you sound a bit shell shocked! But I'm going to say it anyway - Congratulations!
We had our 'surprise bonus baby' nearly 6 years ago. Our next youngest was 8 at the time & we never thought for a moment we'd be starting over with another one. But you just fall straight back into it & thank your lucky stars every day that you got that 'surprise'.
Could you maybe keep the van & try to do some long weekends later in the season? Friends of ours took their little boy camping at 3mths & had no problems. Just took a bit of careful planning.
Pull yourself together fife-bloke, its joyous news! And I think your good lady wife (god bless her) has timed it perfectly. By July your precious little one will be settled and you'll be in a good routine. You might be ready for a break by then.
Big congrats to you both, it will be fine you are just a bit numb ATM lol, the bab won't take up much room for ages you can pop him/her in a carry cot or travel cot and it will be fine, and when it's older well any excuse to buy another van.
And learn self control LOL!!!
Our second one is due in 20 days, we're already planning our winter trips and our trip out as soon as Nedra is able to drive again, Along with our son and 2 foster kids and 3 dogs nothing stops us caravanning
Good luck with your new little arrival,

Give yourself time, time to come to terms with what I assume to be a bit of a shock for you. Once you have come to tems with this you can look at things much more positively. Caravanning with a baby is done by many, why not you? If you enjoy your time away in your caravan, continue to do so, you will only regret giving up.
My daughter was born 2nd July (20 years ago) and we went four weeks later no ehu at that time. Not even a fridge in the caravan!! She was fine just took the pram for her to sleep in. Our other two boys loved their hols so didnt want to deprive them. Where theres a will theres a way!!
From your comment about GP this has come as a surprise and possibly made you concerned about a number of things, financial as well as disruption to how you now live. My husband was a surprise, born 12 years after his brother and sister, when his mum was 42, and in war time but they managed and they still used to go camping without any of today's modern gadgets. He was doted on by mum, dad, brother and sister so there was a happy outcome, as I hope yours will be.
