We are looking for a porch annexe which comes with a bedroom annexe.  We have looked at the Pyramid Weekender Plus and just wondered peoples' views on how easy this is to put up by one person. 

Also if anyone had views on any other makes of porch awning with sleeping annexe which is very easy to put up.

We've got this one http://www.outdoor-revolution-awnings.co.uk/Quick-Erect-Lightweight-Caravan-Awnings-by-Outdoor-Revolution-Awnings/Outdoor-Revolution-Easi-Porch-EX-Caravan-Awning with the annex.  We've only put it up twice, once to check it out and then for real.  It says quick erect but we took just as long to put it up as the full awning does. 

Maybe it was because we had to work out how it goes and will no doubt get quicker with time :)

We're thinking of buying the Pyramid Weekender porch awning with the annex. How did you get on with yours Kellogs? Would you recommend it?

We tried it out for the first time at the weekend.  It went up okay, albeit in a very strong wind - so I definately think we could speed things up, we needed the children to hold down the corners so it wouldn't blow awa whilst we pegged it out.  I had put it up at home on my own very easily but that was on a calm day   It stayed in one place for the whole weekend, even although the wardens were recommending not to put awnings up as it was so windy.  Didn't get to test in the rain.

The Annexe came with an inner tent as well and it was spacious enough for two people to sleep comfortably in it.  You could get a table and 2 chairs in the main awning at a push, but it was great for storing the bikes/shoes/etc.

The side panel doesn't come out where you have to zip in the bedroom annexe, you just fold it down, or lay it flat and put the annexe on top - I'm not sure if this may cause damage to it in the longer term.

All in all though we were pleased with it, it cost £117 for the awning, annexe and inner tent including postage.
