we use the quick and easy pressure cooker from prestige it is only 3ltr so is ample for up to three people.
and a set of folding pans 3 plus frypan from coleman
regards
John
A 9inch three tier steamer pan thats oh so versitile, bottom can be used as a saucepan, baskets can be used as culinders for washing salad ect, and put together as a steamer, it can cook a full family meal all on one ring, Main meat dish goes in the bottom, spuds or rice in the centre pan and veg in the top pan, and the whole lot only cost me a tenner from Asda.
We also take a small non stick frying pan and a 7inch milk pan for just hotting up a tin of something or boiling a couple of eggs.

I'm a tenter and use one ring gas. Although I have cheap pans was thinking about this type of pan and how to use them. Thanks for answering the question I was going to ask.

We still use our tenting Coleman family pan set which is fine & I also added a small non stick prestige frying pan when they were on offer at Sainsburys. Im thinking of adding a small slow cooker so I can make some tasty soups and casseroles but its just about the cupboard space really.

another vote for the steamer! I cook chicken breasts in mine (just using water in the base pan, then one basket with the chicken in. Once that's cooked (fat drains off into the water in the bottom) then change the water and cook the veg, and just put the chicken back in at the top to bring back up to temp. The steamer is marvellous for chicken, keeps it nice and moist! The bottom of the steamer can also be used as an ordinary saucepan. I take a small frying pan, and another small pan and that's it.
I also use it in the house, it keeps the bills down!
we have a steamer at home never thought of it for the caravan but I think I will buy another so i dont have to keep taking it in and out the van and a couple of asda pans should do the trick. i must be the only pesron who downsizes there pans goiung from tent to caravan lol
