We are looking for a secondhand caravan at the moment and there are two dealers who have vans which we like the look of, just wondering if anyone has used them before and if so how reliable are they.  The two dealers are leisure times caravans in Stoke-on-Trent and Stewart Longton caravans in Blackpool.  Feedback would be much appreciated

Not used either of them myself but someone up the road from me bought theirs from Steward Longton and were happy enough with the service.

We got ours from North West Caravan's in Cheadle. A smaller dealer but decent customer service and, with a bit of haggling, an ok price.

Hi,don't know about their caravans , but we purchased a portable toilet off them about two years ago , we checked it last month for our next hol. and found the seal rim had perished ,I spoke to them about it and was told to bring it back , they replaced the complete toilet for a new one and were really helpful even though it was out of its warranty.They seem like good genuine dealers.  Dave/Jane.

Not used the one in Longton but i have heard some really good, positive things about them from different people.
I would not use the other dealer nearby in the next town though, the one just down the "roads" if you know what i mean. They tried to sell me a old used van that was so damp you could put your finger through the wall cos i was a new caravanner & they thought i knew nothing about caravans!
