Hi Shrek, I doubt it's the regulator if the other gas appliances are working correctly, the Oven most likely needs a service, the injector could be partially blocked or the main feed pipe could be rusting inside and the particles of rust are blocking the injector from the back, quite a common problem with this model, could also be the burner. A service should be carried out by a qualified fitter, it's not a DIY job.
