We used to have one of these (like a mini- windbreak) but can't remember where we got it from and let it go when we sold the last caravan...silly us!

Does anyone know where we can either buy one ready made or can order made to measure please as we find it easier to use than the slide in type...(hands don't work as well as they should.)

Thought of cutting a windbreak down but think it would fray and look messy.

Thanks as always for your help

I've never seen one of these?  Would be interested to see a picture.  If you have one could you post?

Hi Christine, they were made by Lillypad Leisure, who no longer make them.....however they now make the lightweight safari rooms which i have just ordered and i asked about an awning skirt and Rick told me that he has a few left in either 19" or 24" high.  You would have to make do with the colours he has left but I do not know of anyone else who makes these.  You could give him a ring on 07708770028

Cheers

Sue

I have had two made in the last couple of years.

I bought "C" profile plastic strip and screwed this to the bas of my Rear Coored Caravan (see my gallery).

I then measured the length I needed and with a cut off of the "C" profile, went and spoke to my local sailmaker who produced a canvas skirt with a rolled edge to fit the "C" profile and the other side had brass eye holes for tent pegs.

I have since made up another awning that has a different sized doorway, hence me now having two Skirts.

Using a Sailmaker means that you can get your skirts made in a wide range of both materials and colours.
