vanroyce 1998 470 etl onboard water tank after its been used or gets to a certain level will the external pump refill it automatically or do i have to push button every time it gets low
Hi shaf - owned 2 of these vans, a 1996 & 2001. The 96 van was impossible to even half fill the onboard water tank before 'blowback' prevented any further filling therefore pressure switch did not operate, have seen this problem raised before. The later van operated on the pressure switch & it wasn't necessary to push 'external pump' button everytime. Don't know if they solved the filling problem by 1998 Hope this helps.
hi ours dosen't refill automatically but it bleeps when its nearly empty so then have to push button,but it does last a long time unless you use the shower
