Hi.Has anyone got their van insured with this company and any experience of claiming from them.Im about to get some insurance and was wondering if there were better companies.thanks.

I'm with them, coming into our third year. No claims yet (touch wood), but they've been good for customer service and competitive with their prices.

They matched a quote from Adrian Flux, then reduced my premium by £40.00 when I changed my storage.

We are with Caravanguard , our first year with them. Havent claimed yet.

Yes, had them for a couple of years, had to make a claim for some roof damage.

Although I eventually got the result I wanted Caravanguard werent very helpful, once they had the initial information I was pushed over to the underwriters and had to do loads of work myself.

They dont even assist with information to help find approved repair centers in your area, I was just told to go ahead and find one!

They wernt interested in me claiming back excess, again saying if I want to do that I will have to arrange that myself, I had to do more research on this, telephone calls, find company addresses etc. Not really what a broker is about?

They were cheap but be prepared to do quite a bit of work yourself, they are a typical broker.

I will be using someone else next time.
