The wheel you want is a standard size caravan wheel available from any caravan/trailer spares supplier. The tyre size you want is easily available.
The size you want has not been fitted to caravans for yrs so any secondhand one you find is likely to be yrs old & therefore not safe to be used on the road, even if it looks ok with plenty of tread. It will be perished & likely to blow out if towed for any distance at motorway speeds. If you manage to find a s/h wheel & tyre, at least fit a new tyre, that size is not expensive.
