Hi - Just bought a Freedom Sunseeker and think a stabiliser might be a good idea!I've a Witter swan neck tow ball fitted. Any advice on what stabiliser are available for this type of fitting?

I know it's only a very lightweight van . . . but!

Fittings are available to allow the use of a blade stabiliser on a swan neck. Alternatively you can replace your exisiting coupling with the smallest version of the Alko stabiliser coupling. Fitting is easy, its just a straight swap for existing coupling, 2 bolts. Cost about £200 odd, I think.

Personally I wouldn't bother with a stab. for a caravan that light. Try it first & see what you think.

Same here, wouldn't bother.  Never bought one in over 40 years, except for an Alko stabiliser already fitted when I bought the caravan I have now.

I bought my stabiliser from a guy who had a Freedom and he found it was not needed.

Ditto to the others replies Brian. Lightweight van but with careful loading etc., ensure your van's stable and you'll not go far wrong.
