Hello could anyone tell me where I might get a cheap double step from.

I got our double step from Towsure for under twenty quid. Very sturdy and just what we wanted.

Try and buy one with broad sturdy feet, the ones with just metal tube with a rubber sock tend to sink easily into soft ground when you step on them, often loosing their socks as you pull to extract them!

I had to dig up part of my lawn last week to retrieve the rubber sock foot off mine and make the step level again

The MIlenco is the best one. we have one and it doesn't sink into the ground.

I got mine from halfords i think it was under £20 (got i free as had problems with brothers bike, but got a voucher for £20 and got the step).

I am no lightweight and had no end of problems with the legs of caravan steps sinking into soggy ground and damaging groundsheets.

My solution was to purchase 4 rubber suckers that you used to use for awning poles and attach one to each foot......simples.
