This is probably a very silly question but what qualifies as damp in a caravan?
We've been looking around for a twin axle and so will be p/xing ours but over Easter we noticed that water has got in under the bed from the locker seal, naturally we're replacing the seals and have put the fan heater blowing under there to dry it but I'm worried now that a damp meter would register something, it hasn't caused any visible damage.
Do the meters register "water" or does damp give off bacteria or something like that which is registered? I'm not sure how to phrase it!
Also, apart from smell and woodwork bubbling what are visible signs?
