   hi folks, we have a mendip magnum classic 544 , same as elldis omega 544, the fixed bed is of the near side type.

   question is, our bed has a curve as opposed to a "cut" out. .... would a standard cut out bed sheet fit on this type of matteress ??. ..

    that looks so complicated and it sounded so simple when i typed it out.. i am sure you all know what i mean.....

Have you looked at the Jonic website as if I recall correctly they sell items for specific makes of caravan. We have a fixed side bed and I think in future we will just tuck an ordinary fitted sheet under a bit more. Specialist fitted bed linen does seem to be quite expensive.

Yes David it is expensive but it doesn't come undone and fold up underneath you during the night.

We lashed out and it was the best thing we did. Well worth the expense!

We use just an ordinary double fitted sheet - does fine. Oh, I aso put a mattress protector on before the sheet. Stops the sheet moving about!!!

The specialist ones are very expensive.

    thanx for the replies folks. Mrs ultimates, thats why i havent even thought of going down that route. it could lead to a world of pain .. hehe

     we have been looking at the jonic site that some of you have mentioned and will prolly get a coupke from there. after all the wife wants it to look like some kind of show site thingy bob.

The trouble with using a square duvet on a round end bed or cut off is that it keeps sliding off in the night!
