Yes, I use one and it does help. You will probably get it cheaper at your local caravan shop though.

Yes, worth having. Not at that price, though...------------- * You never know where you're going 'til you get there...

Ah surprising replies not what I expected.
All I want it for is as you say to get the van going and also additional handle to compliment the other two when maneuvering out of storage barn.
I have checked a few places, go outdoors etc and they all seem to be around a tenner.
Thanks------------- FINE PRINT: I reserve the right to be wrong. Should you prove me wrong, I reserve the right to change my mind.

I don't use it to move the caravan, it's a bit low down for that, however it is a good substantial handle for raising/lowering the jockey wheel.------------- Mark

What I need is an arrow on the knob on the top saying UP and DOWN as I never turn it the right way first go!

Should certainly be more robust than the handles on the van, especially an older van as the handle mounts always seem to be the first areas to go.

Yes its useful but it reduces how much "travel" you have in dropping the jockey wheel by about 2".
Still I have moved mine from my old van to the new one so I must like it!
