Got our new van at last, OH had to go to somerset (Highbridge) to get it so didn't get back till after 7pm, he hit the traffic.
Just parked it at side of the house, the mover is amazing, had a quick tat, fitted the locks, and locked it up till tomorrow Really happy, after all making mind up have done the right thing, can't wait to go camping now!
No we never, oh had to go back in hospital to for another operation and we never followed it up, still think theyre robbing gits, if having your bowel removed and having to leave your job isnt 'exceptional circumstances' (as they stated) to get your money back then I dont know what is!!!

Thats awful, makes my blood boil, that they can rip people off like that! We lost £250 and they since re sold the caravan, so they had that for nothing but not as bad compared to what you lost, bet you feel like fire bombing them!

Go & ask them for a spare wheel mzzy that'll be £110 of your £250, get it out of them somehow & a few odds & ends for the other £140 would set the record straight with them.
Tried everything they wouldn't let us, we asked in the first place if we could spend the money in their shop they said no way! They only agreed to give us half back after 6mths of rowing, letters and then eventually the posts on here (I had to remove them to get half of my own money back!) Put it down to experience now, what goes a round comes around - I hope!!
What went round will come back to them mzzy, as sure as eggs is eggs. If they're at the NEC next month I hope people will waste a bit of their time getting them to show the vans to them. If I knew it was them I was talking to, I'd have them putting up the beds for me & getting right round to the paperwork before I changed my mind. If a few did the same, it'd soon cost them the money they ripped off you in wasted time.
