well here we go ,i'm a tent camper and desperate to go in to caravaning we love going away for weekends and finding the tent a little long in the tooth to put up these days ,i suppose we could down size the tent just for weekends but i realy do NEED a caravan,i have bad knees and that kneeling down knocking pegs in and such like as realy but the strain on the last two weeks away.so my questions are have any of you done an old van up from rip state and if so would love to see piccy's . i might have a chance of a vertually free van but needs some loving care ,i would love to refurb it and the hubby is a joiner so with help from you guys im sure would be a good winter project, just need to convince dh .i do however have to check the weight of the van as our car is a v astra estate 1.6 and will only pull upto 1100 so thats the next step,i have been looking on evil bay for spares and there seams to be plenty around.thanx and as i say would love to see piccys.
