Trying up awning tomorrow on the new van. i dont think it will fit, but wanting to see what it looks like. I have a sirroco doreema awning which is is for a caravan ground to ground length 9075, which i always thought a little long. but the new length is 9300 and if it does not fit have to decide between another one or to peice it. Any tips on my little problem.

LOts of companies will increase or reduce awnings in size, we had one with darts in the roof once, it wasn't a problem. I don't know how much the jb would cost though, a call to your local caravan centre to find firms in your area would be an idea.

Awning repair & alteration companies advertise in most caravan mags.

put up awning today and the difference lost does not seem that crucial, so i am not going to bother with the repair. i thought losing 225cm would leave it to short. so good news
