Going to the Isle of Wight at the end of July and our ferry is booked for 7.00 am in the morning.  Since changing our caravan to a twin axle we havent got the same flexibility of bringing it home and then setting off early to travel through the night, so are setting off from storage early evening on the friday with a view to stopping at a service station.  Does anyone know of anywhere near southampton that we could pay the stopover rate whatever it is.  We are travelling down from the midlands near stratford upon avon.
