Whilst away in France travelling between sites some bright spark :0( didn't secure the sunroof down properly and it lifted up in transit on a French motorway. It doesn't cheer the locals up at all when a caravan is doing 35 along the inside lane and I learnt some new french gestures!

Managed to get off at a service area and lock the thing down before the actual sunroof got damaged but the blind is no longer the same after flapping in the breeze. I need to get a new one. Can I get one direct from Heikki? Althought the van is under warranty I doubt this covers owner stupidity so I'm expecting to have to pay for it. Am I best going to the dealer, Bailey or Hieki for a replacement

I would try your salesman, he's not only there to sell he's there to help & advise, a dealer should be able to supply one.

Just spoken to the dealer. Blinds and Flyscreens for this type of sunroof are available separately so hopefully it will be much cheaper.

I have recently fitted the black out blind to my Heikki? 2 i purchased it from http://www.leisurespares.co.uk

The part no is 580E10 and it cost £65.21 depending on the Euro because they get them from germany
