Help - we have a Bessecarr E460. On arriving home after a nice weekend away, we discovered that the water heater has decided to stop working and we have no idea why. Our bathroom is currently being renovated so without the van we are in a right mess.  Can anyone advise, please.

Take it that you're using it on electric and not gas?

If so:

Note: The electrical heating element is fitted with an excess temperature cut-out. In the event of a fault, switch off at the control panel, wait 5 minutes, then switch on again.
