I found this link on the Highways agency website, we've several very busy areas of motorway around here & it's handy to be able to check the motorway traffic cameras before going on a motorway journey.

I use the first link almost every day, it can be quite helpful in deciding to get home from Leicester via M1 or take the A46...although of course the motorway conditions can change in minutes...
