You can buy a bracket for the caravan which is clamped around the underside of the A frame chassis so you don't need to drill it.Other alternative is to fit an Alko Hitch stabiliser (if it is a 2002 I'm surprised it hasn't got one already fitted). Don't know how to clean the blind but someone will be along soon....

Re : Black marks - don't know if this helps, but if good old bleach didn't work, you could try fenwicks caravan cleaner, but mixed to a higher concentration than you would to do a general outside clean, think it's 1 part cleaner to 10 parts water & put it in a small spray bottle - alternatively, if you can't be bothered with the faff & don't use fenwicks anyway, they make a small trigger bottle called black streak remover (or something similar) - 'bout £4 if I remember rightly (pre-mixed to exactly the same concentration as mentioned!!)

Good luck

I have tryed milton. fenwicks caravan cleaner, it will not touch the black marks on the sky light blind. The problem is it is above the seating area and it stands out. any advise at all would be gratefull. it looks a bit complex to change it plus expense.

with thanks
