We have just received our new (to us) caravan and been to Lincolnshire Lanes hubby didnt want to go to far from home as he hasnt towed before, fantastic ride, forgot we had the van on the back, easy to assemble awning everything just perfect, kids really enjoyed it as well as the dogs, not sure if I would ever go back to the hassle of my tent but never say never, off to Marfitt head farm at Whit cant wait
glad you enjoyed the change over. We love the fact that we can now get away 12 mnths of the year. We changed over our van 6 weeks ago and are desperate to get away in it, an over full faml life is not allowing yet lol.

Bill, i know that feeling lol. Not quite sure when we are getting our new 'van but it's meant to be delivered to the dealer at the end of June and we are going away in it on the 1st August. I doubt if we will get away in her before then but as long as i've got her i'm not too bothered, i'm sure that we'll sleep in it before then lol
It is a lot easier than a tent, however we have swapped back and forwards between caravans tents and a folding camper, as we don't get chance to camp much during the year, making a caravan an expensive choice. At the moment got our mini caravan which is ok (ish) lol
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
