Can anyone help?

I am away for Easter with the new van fitted with a double double Powertouch mover and found that the forward pair of movers have stopped working, however both boxes under the bed locker shows the green and red lights.

I have left the instruction manual at home and being Easter Powertouch will be closed. Although I still have one set of movers working it will be difficult for just one axle to get the van back on the drive at home with the manouvering and slope to contend with. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing the problem, is there a fuse that could have gone in the Powertouch system somewhere.

The 4 x 4 ,mover is brand new and put on the van new a month ago, it was working when we took it offf the drive at home.

Thanks

Check the actual connections on the motors - I had a similar problem with mine and found that the spade connectors had come off one of the motors.
