Rotten luck, rotten builder and rotten seller!
Spotted your post as I was getting the address for Glossop Caravans to book my Coachman (bought new from said dealer) for it's annual service. Won't bother now. Timely warning.
Problem I now have is that I've tried two mobile service companies in the Stockport area for a service. Left messages on their phones and had no response. Don't know what it is with small businesses, many seem either unable to cope with their jobs or just plain ignorant! Will have to keep looking. Hopefully I'll get help via this forum.
