Ace Belmont International. Still going making mobile homes. My experience of a 1980s Monza is favourable. Probably more 1980s-90s ABI tourers on ebay than any other make of same era which suggests they were well put together.
We loved our 1990 Abi Globestar which we had until 3 years ago. The features and fit were luxurious for the year and we miss many of them that aren't in our current more modern van.
The van was also dry until 3 years ago when we were both ill and unable to do pre winter prep on the van consequently we got some damp in one corner that we had to repair.
I still moan that this van doesn't have the drinks cabinet with engraved Abi glasses in it.
My Daystzr has no damp, but it did in the front end before I sealed it. We wouldnt change her, no point. Tows wel and does the job. Shes pretty much the oldest you see on the sites, looks small compared to the latest stuff, but who cares?
------------- Peripheral people don`t have as much excitement but they sure live longer
